Hello there!! My name is Leah Serao Battillo.
I am currently a 4th Grade Special Education teacher passionate about disabilities, inclusion, and accessibility. I graduated from Gordon College (a small college near Boston, Massachusetts) with a double major in Elementary Education and Linguistics, and a concentration in Special Education. I earned my masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in August, 2017 at Ball State University. My experience with the Accessible Icon Project and Beyond Disabilities week continually changes the way I view my work in the education field. Currently, I am studying to get my BCBA license. I like to look at life and teaching with an optimistic and hopeful attitude.
